  • for First Nations minors seeking court approval of a long-term oil and gas lease and appointment of trustee

  • proceedings at the BC Utilities Commission

First Nations

We are passionate about pro-bono and has acted as counsel to individuals challenging the constitutionality of a municipal bylaw regarding camping in public parks, as well as defending individuals residing on municipal property due to inadequate housing against an injunction by the City of Vancouver. We regularly participate in Access Pro Bono’s legal advice-a-thon.
